Entry cost: USD $1,025 / person + $150 security deposit/team

Final payment: Due to the event selling out we will need to collect a second deposit in January or February of $400 per team. This is to avoid last minute cancellations of teams who are uncertain. Teams who do not pay by the deadline will be moved to a waitlist and their spots will be opened up to the public.
Final invoices will be sent out at the beginning of June (unless sold out earlier and a wait list is to be created), with the total due July 15th. The security deposit- minus any deductions- is refunded after the tournament. Original deposits are nonrefundable.
